Ballscrew Guys provide on-site ball screw repair and refurbishment services for nearly all machine tools; typically for 50-70% less than the manufacturer and within just a fews days of your call. Many times we can get you up and running over the phone at no charge. We can also come out and inspect your equipment within 3 business days in emergency situations. During a phone consultation we will troubleshoot your issue and provide you with travel and work estimates. A typical machine can be turned in one production shift while multiple machines and axes may be discounted and travel shared with neighboring facilities if your scheduled down time is flexible.

This is the Y-Axis ball screw from an older Multicam CNC Wood Router that moves back and forth on top of the X-Axis gantry. These 4mm HIWIN ball screws are generally straightforward to rebuild. Often they can be acquired at reasonable prices when new. However, these components can sometimes can be backlogged for months. Because of this, rebuilding your existing screw may be the only timely option. For your smaller Y and Z axis ball screws, ask us about our fast turnaround mail-in service.
